A Brooklyn Navy Yard-based motion picture industry equipment rental agency food business is seeking a Junior Bookkeeper.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Expedite all Transactional Accounting duties.
- Great communicator to ensure that monies are coming in the door.
- Spearhead project-based reporting.
- Enter invoices in QB desktop.
- Putting in bills and mailing out checks.
- Step in when Sr. Bookkeeper is out
REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERENCES
- GED/HS diploma.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- A/P and A/R heavy.
- Great attention to detail.
- Task-oriented that can step when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Experience level:

- 4 years
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
